God's Mercy

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"When Allah decreed the Creation He pledged Himself by writing in His book which is laid down with Him: My mercy prevails over my wrath".

It was related by Muslim (also by al-Bukhari, an-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah).

Intention

It is narrated on the authority of Amirul Mu'minin, Abu Hafs 'Umar bin al-Khattab (ra) who said:

I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) say: "Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah) so each man will have what he intended. Thus, he whose migration (Hijrah) was to Allah and His Messenger, his migration is to Allah and His Messenger; but he whose migration was for some worldly thing he might gain, or for a wife he might marry, his migration is to that for which he migrated."

 [Bukhari & Muslim]

Always Ask God for the Best

Anas (RAA) narrated, “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to supplicate frequently:
“O our Lord grants us the best in this life and the best in the next life, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”

Agreed upon.

Giving Advice

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “The deen (religion) is naseehah (advice, sincerity).” We said, “To whom?” He (ﷺ) said, “To Allah, His Book, His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and their common folk.”

[Muslim]

Trust in Allah

We have to put our trust in Allah, but that does not mean we do not do our part. We have to try, move, study, work, do our effort by every legitimate way then we place our intrust in Allah, that is not the case with many of us because we tend to relax and make less effort and say; God will help me to finish my task  or God will provide me with success, even though if we really put our believe and trust in Allah 100 %, God will definitely  help us or lead us to the best of our fate and in human history; so many examples that prove it.

The Story of The One Dirham

A woman came to one of the scholars, and she said to him: My brother died, and he left six hundred dirhams, and when they divided the money, they gave me only one dirham. The Scholar thought for a minute and then he said, "Maybe because your brother has a wife, mother, two daughters, and 12 brothers." The woman wondered and said yes. He said: "This dirham is your right, and they did not oppress you." His wife's share is 1/8 of the wealth, which is 75 dirhams, and his daughters two thirds, which is equivalent to 400 dirhams. For his mother 1/6 of the money which is equal to (100 dirhams). (25 dirhams) is distributed to his twelve brothers and his sister. The man takes twice as much as the woman takes. Each brother has two dirhams, and the sister - who is you - has one dirham left.

Allowable Envy

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Envy is permitted only in two cases: A man whom Allah gives wealth, and he disposes of it rightfully, and a man to whom Allah gives knowledge which he applies and teaches it."
Meaning envy to be like them and do like them not to be taken from them.
[Al- Bukhari, and Muslim].

Unjustly Taken

The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Whoever takes a piece of the land of others unjustly, he will sink down the seven earths on the Day of Resurrection."
